Ein Startup macht Gesichtsmasken für Kühe, um Methan zu filtern 😂 Nicht wegen Corona. Dachte am Anfang es ist ein Aprilscherz.

Gesichtsmasken sind gerade hoch im Kurs und im Moment für fast alles die Lösung.

Methan ist ein noch schädlicheres Treibhausgas als CO2, gefährlich (!), und deswegen müssen jetzt Kühe eine Gesichtsmaske tragen, die Methan beim Ausatmen filtern und in das weniger schädliche CO2 umwandeln soll.

Interessanterweise kommen in den Promo-Videos kaum Tiere mit Maske vor. Masken kommen vielleicht nicht so gut an. Nicht nur bei Tierschützern.

Kann dazu nur eines sagen. Facepalm 🙈

Face masks are in high demand right now and are the solution for almost everything at the moment.

Methane is an even more harmful greenhouse gas than CO2, dangerous (!), and that's why cows have to wear a face mask to filter methane when they exhale and convert it into the less harmful CO2.

Interestingly, in the promo videos there are only happy cows and hardly any animals with masks. Masks may not go down so well. Especially with animal rights activists.

Remains to say what I think about it. Facepalm 🙈
