Smart #1 goes on sale in selected European markets (Germany, France, Spain, Austria). The car has a price comparable to the VW ID.3 and comparable sizes (Smart is a few cm higher because it is an SUV).
It is powered by a 272 hp engine, which is significantly more than the current ID.3, a WLTP range of 420-440 km depending on the battery variant, and a charging power of up to 150 kW.
Smart is currently a joint venture between Mercedes and Geely (50%/50%), with Mercedes responsible for design and Geely for technology. It is, of course, produced in China.
The offer also includes the "Brabus" version, twin-engine, acceleration 0-100 km / h - 3.9 sec.
