It has always attracted my attention, why in the philosophical traditions of India, as well as in the dharmic religions, the cycle of birth, life, death and incarnation is called "Saṃsāra," which means "wandering."

But why wandering? Why wander? What does wandering mean? I clearly don't have the answers to these questions, because I am not a practitioner of any of these religions, but I can draw my own conclusions.

Why is life a wandering?

Wandering means that there is no purpose in this life other than the liberation of it, wandering clearly means that all we can do is waste time or throw it away until we find the end of wandering, which is the truth, the Moksha or the Nirvāṇa .

The human is born, grows, works and procreates, and as for this, it is not different from any of the other animals, this is the area of survival, as the only purpose which is found in the human being is to live.

But after life is assured, every previous purpose is lost, and the human is wandering from opinion to opinion, from perception to perception, wasting his time, until he finds the truth.

It is the truth that sets us free, it is the truth that gives a purpose and a meaning to the things we do, it is the truth that gives a reason to life.

Meanwhile, that will be life for us, a wandering, a wandering of survival, in which we survive and then live comfortably until resources are exhausted or work for more. As long as we don't know the truth, we'll just be wandering. Think about whether the actions you do have any meaning.
