Well, I agree with you, crying is not a sign of weakness, nor is sadness, all emotions, absolutely all, are necessary for the human being, you can't choose which to take and which to reject as if you were shopping. It is preferable to see emotions as a sign of spontaneity, and sincerity, both in others and with oneself.

Surely behind great anger lies great sadness, there are two ways, I think, of reacting to pain, even if you don't label it that way, they are also two ways of expressing dissatisfaction. Although I have never seen angry people as people who carry sorrows, I suppose it is also a way of seeing it, and of being more compassionate with people who are feeling pain. As I said, everyone has their way of dealing with life.
