WordPress is an open source software, and platform of choice that allows a user to to start a blog or build a website.
It is the easiest and most powerful website content management system. It is a great platform which is why i decided to promote it.
The targeted audience were men and women within the ages 13-65. These includes workers, student of different levels and individuals with different interest. Major cities were selected to give the promotion better reach.
To run the Facebook promotion ad i used my Facebook page called steemit support which i created to promote steemit and other open source projects to Nigeria. I made a post on the page explaining WordPress to them and left the link for them to access. The promotion started on 02/03/2018 and ended on 04/03/2018 which is 3 days. A total of $2.41 was spend on this promotion.

The post i made reached over 5,000 people and had over 300 likes, still counting.
