Yema Tart
Hiya Everyone! Tori here. Today, I made an attempt to recreate one of my favorite treats: The Yema Tart. Yema is a Filipino Version of a Caramel wherein in this treat, it is placed on to a tart shell. There's not much difference when it comes to other yema treats but what really shines in this treat is its presentation. If caramel is not your thing, there's other versions of this tart like durian jam which is a fruit native to Southeast Asian countries.
