Hola a todos amigos y desconocidos de #hive, ¿Cómo están?, espero que estén bien

Posiblemente, ustedes ya ni recuerden, otros talvez si o directamente lo vieron, pero yo hace ya casi un año atrás les hablé un poco sobre un título que para mí es muy especial, ya que yo soy muy fanático de las simulaciones físicas en un videojuego, especialmente hablando la destrucción de objetos o vehículos.

Bueno, también aprovecho para decirles que ya luego de un año de esfuerzo y con ayuda de HIVE, junto a todos ustedes, logré comprarme mi primera tarjeta de video, una que la verdad, no esperaba tener en mis manos, se trata de una GTX 1060 de 6 GB y que ya algunos sabrán, yo se la terminé comprando a @eliudgnzlz y luego de una semana de espera pude ir a retirarla

Y ya han pasado 2 semanas desde que la tengo y estoy satisfecho con el rendimiento que me ha estado dando hasta el momento y en estas 2 semanas han sido de puro probar el rendimiento y saber cuáles son mis nuevos límites con esta pequeña bestia.

Y estuve pensando en cuál sería el juego mas demandante que yo conozca y hace un par de días me acuerde de ese simulador que les había mostrado y que en ese momento no me iba tan bien como hubiese querido, pero ahora es distinto, así que me propuse en buscarlo y volverlo a descargar para ver que tan bien me podría ir.

Para mi sorpresa me iba perfectamente para lo demandante que es ese juego jaja.

Donde aproveché para jugar en los mapas que anteriormente no podía jugar a causa de la lentitud y me acodé de lo difícil que a veces puede ser manejar en este juego jajaja, pero lo mas difícil de todo, era ir a altas velocidades y no poder esquivar los autos que había en el camino.

Aunque lo estuve jugando en una calidad gráfica alta y me iba a mas de 60 FPS, cuando nada mas agregue los autos civiles, allí mi PC pidió auxilio 🤣, pasó de ir a poco mas de 60 FPS a no subir de los 28 FPS 😆, pero aun así, seguí por un poco mas de tiempo para seguir experimentando.

En verdad que me divertí mucho volviendo a jugar este simulador, aunque aún no he podido probar el multijugador o los mapas y retos hechos por la comunidad, pero espero poder hacerlo pronto.

Pero esto no es en lo único en lo que he estado haciendo pruebas, muchos de ustedes ya sabrán que yo soy aficionado al diseño 3D, y ahora solo me faltaba ponerla a prueba con un render y ver cuanto tiempo me tomaba hacer uno, así que me puse a crear un proyecto nuevo e inventar y entre tantas opciones, hice un cargador de escudos del Half Life 1 con una ligera inspiración al remaster Black Mesa.

Y la diferencia es gigantesca en comparación a mi anterior tarjeta de video, normalmente un render como este que les acabo de mostrarles me tomaría mínimo una media hora en renderizar, pero con esta tarjeta de video nueva, no me tomó mas de 2 minutos en renderizar 😍.

Y ahora estoy mas motivado para seguir practicando, próximamente estaré haciendo el cargador de vida y talvez haga un post aparte dedicado a ellos para cuando lo termine, así que espero que les haya gustado y si se preguntan, mi anterior tarjeta de video era una GT 730 de 2 GB 😅, les invito a comentar que les pareció, les mando un abrazo a todos y hasta la Próxima!.

Possibly, you may not remember it, others may remember it, but almost a year ago I told you about a title that for me is very special, since I am a big fan of physical simulations in a videogame, especially talking about the destruction of objects or vehicles.

Well, I also take this opportunity to tell you that after a year of effort and with the help of HIVE, along with all of you, I managed to buy my first video card, one that the truth, I did not expect to have in my hands, it is a GTX 1060 6 GB and that some of you already know, I ended up buying it from @eliudgnzlz and after a week of waiting I could go to pick it up.

And it's been 2 weeks since I got it and I'm satisfied with the performance it has been giving me so far and these 2 weeks have been of pure testing the performance and knowing what my new limits are with this little beast.

And I was thinking about what would be the most demanding game that I know and a couple of days ago I remembered that simulator that I had shown you and that at that time I was not doing as well as I would have liked, but now it is different, so I decided to look for it and download it again to see how well I could do.

To my surprise it was working perfectly for how demanding this game is haha.

Where I took the opportunity to play in the maps that previously could not play because of the slowness and I got used to how difficult it can sometimes be to drive in this game hahaha, but the most difficult of all, was to go at high speeds and not being able to dodge the cars that were on the road.

Although I was playing it in a high graphic quality and I was going at more than 60 FPS, when I just added the civilian cars, there my PC asked for help 🤣, it went from going a little over 60 FPS to not going higher than 28 FPS 😆, but even so, I continued for a little longer to continue experimenting.

I really had a lot of fun playing this simulator again, although I still haven't been able to try the multiplayer or the maps and challenges made by the community, but I hope to be able to do it soon.

But this is not the only thing I've been testing, many of you already know that I am a fan of 3D design, and now I just needed to test it with a render and see how long it took me to make one, so I started to create a new project and invent and among so many options, I made a Half Life 1 shield loader with a slight inspiration to the Black Mesa remaster.

And the difference is huge compared to my previous video card, normally a render like this one I just showed you would take me at least half an hour to render, but with this new video card, it didn't take me more than 2 minutes to render 😍.

And now I am more motivated to continue practicing, soon I will be making the life charger and maybe I will make a separate post dedicated to them for when I finish it, so I hope you liked it and if you are wondering, my previous video card was a GT 730 2 GB 😅, I invite you to comment what you thought, I send you all a hug and until the next one!
