[ESP/ENG] My 2021 Resolutions | Pochito Reflexiona

Este año 2020 ha sido muy extraño y complicado para todos. La situación de pandemia global nos dejó a todos encerrados en casa durante mucho tiempo, sin saber qué hacer ni cómo poder solucionar las cosas cotidianas de la vida.

This year 2020 has been very strange and complicated for everyone. The global pandemic situation left us all locked at home for a long time, not knowing what to do or how to solve the daily things in life.

Muchos, como yo, nos quedamos sin trabajo y tuvimos que buscar maneras de poder conseguir el dinero para el sustento diario, pero eso es tema para otro post (quizás), ya que en este vengo a hablarles sobre las resoluciones que tengo para el próximo año 2021.

Many, like me, were left without work and had to find ways to get money for daily sustenance, but that's the subject for another post (maybe), since in this one I come to talk to you about the resolutions I have for the next year 2021.

Yo estuve cerca de 2 años fuera de Venezuela, específicamente en Colombia, y realmente me estaba yendo bastante bien, pero la situación de la pandemia me dejó sin trabajo y encerrado durante mucho tiempo, cosa que me obligó a tomar la decisión de regresar a Venezuela hace unos meses. Por eso una de mis metas para este próximo año es trabajar duro y crecer acá en mi país, ya que me he dado cuenta que a pesar de toda la situación y los problemas que tenemos en Venezuela, es posible surgir de abajo y "vivir bien" hasta cierto punto.

I was out of Venezuela for about 2 years, specifically in Colombia, and I was really doing quite well, but the situation of the pandemic left me without work and locked up for a long time, which forced me to make the decision to return to Venezuela a few months ago. That is why one of my goals for this next year is to work hard and grow here in my country, since I have realized that despite all the situation and the problems we have in Venezuela, it is possible to emerge from below and "live well" until a certain point.

Quizá se pregunten: "¿Y no piensas emigrar nuevamente en el futuro?" y la respuesta es sí. Claro que me gustaría emigrar de nuevo, pero realmente no es una prioridad en mi vida en este momento. Ya llegará el momento de tomar la decisión, pero no será en este 2021.

You may wonder: "And are you not planning to emigrate again in the future?" And the answer is yes. Of course I would like to emigrate again, but it really isn't a priority in my life right now. The time will come to make the decision, but it will not be in 2021.

Siempre he sido aficionado a ejercitarme y a jugar fútbol, pero durante mi estadía en Colombia tuve que dejar esos hobbies por falta de tiempo. Por eso me gustaría volver a retomarlos ahora que estoy de vuelta en mi ciudad y tener la misma regularidad que antes, o incluso hacerlo más seguido que antes.

I have always been fond of exercising and playing soccer, but during my stay in Colombia I had to give up those hobbies due to lack of time. That is why I would like to take them up again now that I am back in my city and have the same regularity as before, or even do it more often than before.

Esta plataforma realmente promete y me gustaría dedicarle el tiempo necesario para crecer en lo personal y ayudar a las diferentes comunidades a las que pertenezco también a crecer. Sé que soy relativamente nuevo acá, pero tengo conocimientos de cuando estuve en Steemit y en Whaleshares, así que estoy dispuesto a ayudar en lo que pueda a quien lo necesite en esta maravillosa plataforma.

This platform is really promising and I would like to dedicate the time needed to grow personally and help different communities to which I belong to also grow. I know that I am relatively new here, but I have knowledge from when I was in Steemit and in Whaleshares, so I am willing to help anyone who needs it in this wonderful platform.

Quizá puedan parecer pocas resoluciones para todo un año, pero estoy seguro que después de un año tan difícil como lo fue el 2020, se necesitará más de un año para hacer todas las cosas que queramos hacer. Por eso hago esta lista así de corta, para poder concentrarme en pocas cosas durante el 2021 y poder hacerlas con éxito.

It may seem like few resolutions for a whole year, but I am sure that after such a difficult year as 2020 was, it will take more than a year to do all the things we want to do. That's why I make this list this short, so that I can focus on a few things during 2021 and be able to do them successfully.
