Good Day!
Every eye opener are always being discussed to youth, that they should start, at a young age acknowledging the existence of the Almighty, and serving Him.
How do we challenge youngsters to bring them to the ministry? You see, we do not challenge them. We have to open their minds first. Act 26:18 says
“To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me”.
It is the first duty of a minister of God, like the Apostle Paul, to open the eyes of people, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God.
So on our part, we are not challenging youngsters.
You cannot challenge a person who does not practically believe in God. How will you challenge somebody who doesn't believe in God? But we have to first open their eyes. Let them see reality about what the Bible says, and the reality surrounding them, and this happened to the youth of this ministry.
There was not a challenge made in our ministry. Eye openers are always being discussed to youth, that they should start, at a young age, acknowledging the existence of God and serving Him, as it was said in the book of Ecclesiastes 12:1, “ Remember now thy creator,in the days of the youth, while the evil days comes not nor the years draw nigh when thou shalt say I have no pleasure in them.
There is a time that will come after the youthful days of a person, when that person will say, “ I have no more pleasure in serving God.
In conclusion, how do we challenge the youngsters? We do not challenge them. We open their minds using the word of God as a tool in opening their minds to the reality of life and to the reality that is to come.
Thanks for reading.
