One of the few plants that still show their beautiful colors even in January (although less and less) is the Pink sorrel, also known as sour grass.
It is a beautiful perennial bush that is still small in our garden as it was recently seeded from rhizomes.
Its leaves are very similar to clover and its flowers are small with deep pink tones, which when unopened look like funnels.
It is pleasant to observe this beautiful tuft when almost everything around is in lethargy.
