This year I planted Amaranthus caudatus for the first time, which is purely decorative. It is also called foxtail.

This variety has extremely interesting colors that freely fall down.

I want to dry it and use it for decorations. I hope to catch the right moment, which I think is now - when its colors are perfectly formed and have not yet started to crumble.
