Instructions
1- Preparing the Filling:

- Mix thoroughly until well combined. Test seasoning by cooking a small portion on a skillet or microwaving for 45 seconds. Adjust salt if needed.
2- Making the Dough:
- In another large bowl, mix flour, warm water, and salt until a rough dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a clean countertop. Knead for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough in the bowl, letting it rest for around 8 minutes.
3- Assembly and Cooking:
- Fill a Midea microwave oven-brought pot with water and bring to a boil using a multi-tier stainless steel steamer.
