๐ŸŒฑ 1 can La Choy Bean Sprouts, drained, 14-16 oz

๐Ÿง… 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
๐Ÿฅ’ 2 chayotes, peeled, seeded, and sliced
๐Ÿฅฌ 2 celery stalks, sliced
๐Ÿฅ„ 1-2 tablespoons Vegetable oil, clear liquid
๐ŸŒฐ Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, for garnish

Instructions

1- Prepare Vegetables:

  • Begin by peeling and julienning the carrot.
  • Chop the yellow onion.
  • Peel, seed, and slice the chayotes.
  • Slice the celery stalks.
  • Finally, drain the canned bean sprouts.

2- Prepare Sauce:

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the Sun-Bird Chow Mein Seasoning Mix with approximately 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 1/4 - 1/2 cup of water.
  • Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth sauce.

3- Heat Wok:

  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a wok.
  • Heat over medium-high heat.

4- Stir-fry Vegetables:

  • Once the oil is hot, add the prepared carrots, onions, chayotes, and celery to the wok.
  • Stir-fry for several minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5- Add Sauce and Noodles:

  • Pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the vegetables in the wok.
  • Add the Twin Marquis Cooked Noodles.

6- Combine and Cook:

  • Stir-fry all the ingredients together, ensuring the noodles are heated through and evenly coated with the sauce.
  • Cook until the vegetables reach your desired tenderness.

7- Assemble Tostada:
