- 400 grs bread
- 900 ml whole milk
- 240 grams sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 200 g raisins
Candy- 20 grams sugar
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
Step 2: We chop our bread into small pieces
Step 3: We cover with the milk and let it soak for 15 minutes.
Step 4: We take the eggs, sugar and vanilla to the mixer, mix everything very well.
Step 5: We combine both mixtures very well and finally we add the raisins. We booked.
Step 6: In a 20 cm diameter mold we place the remaining 20 g of sugar and we bring to the fire until we make a caramel of an intense golden color. Let it cold down.
Step 7: When the caramel hardens, we pour our mixture and put it in the oven for 45 minutes.
Step 8: After this time, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes and then unmold it while it is still hot.
