Hoy para el almuerzo prepare pavon frito,este pez con su nombre cientifico Cichla ocellaris, es una especie de pez de la familia Cichlidae, en mi pueblo se encuentra en aguas dulces,como embalses,rios,lagunas etc.los pescadores lo traen al mercado para que las personas lo puedan comprar muy facil de preparar solo necesitas lavarlo bien para luego condimentarlo con sal al gusto,adobo y sumo de limon,despues colocas aceite en un cardero o sarten cuando este bien caliente lo colocas a freir hasta que quede bien doraditos en este caso lo cocine en leña les puedo decir que es mas rapido para freirlo y su sabor es diferente y exquisito lo puedes acompañar con arepa asada y ensalada de lechuga y tomates.
