Today is my day and I had to please my son with a delicious lunch for his diet, a delicious baked fish, this fish is called in my town curvina de agua dulce, it is prepared in different ways fried, roasted, baked, in soups among others.
Hoy es mi dia y me toco complacer a mi hijo con un delicioso almuerzo para su dieta,un delicioso como pescado al horno,este pescado lo llamamos en mi pueblo curvina de agua dulce,se prepara de diferentes maneras frito,asado,al horno,en sopas entre otros.
The ingredients used are fish, a carrot, a large onion, a potato, a sprig of onion, salt to taste and aluminum foil to wrap the fish.
Los ingredientes que utilice pescado, una zanahoria,una cebolla grande,una papa, una ramita de cebolli,sal al gusto y papel de aluminio pera envolver el pescado.

Modo de preparacion,primero lavar bien el pescado luego colocarle sal al gusto,se coloca encima del papel de aluminio,se cortan en rodajas las zanahorias,cebollas,papas y el cebollin en ramitas,todo esto despues que este cortado se empieza a rellenar por dentro el pescado y luego se le coloca de igual manera por ambos lados,para culminar se envuelve en doble papel y se lleva al horno por 20 minutos para difrutarlo con un delicioso arroz blanco.
