For those of you who have been following my work, you’ll know that I love sketching in color. I’ve moved away from red and my usual green shades towards blue. I’m also dabbling with the idea of mixed media and the textures that can be achieved through digital programs. You’ll see this image build up from soft pencils to bolder inks. Even though I’ve received several recommendations for other programs to test out, I will admit that I haven’t ventured far from my beloved Procreate. There’s a local artist who recently shared his charming artwork with me. He had lots to say about MediBang for the iPad Pro but I’m not ready to learning a new program. For now, I’ll stick with what I know and work towards growing in other areas.
