I havenāt been drawing much lately. Between my regular job and the extra work Iāve been taking on after hours, I havenāt had much time to just sit down and draw for myself.
This Sunday, I finally had a little time to breathe. I started sketching with no real plan, just trying to relax and draw something for the sake of drawing. Somehow, Pandora came to mind.
She was a dog I worked with at my previous job, and she was my little shadow ā my absolute favorite.

She passed away recently, and Iāve been thinking about her a lot.
I donāt usually draw dogs, and Iām definitely not very comfortable with canine features yet, so I saw this as a chance to practice something outside my comfort zone while also keeping a little memory of her close.
So this is Pandora, as I remember her. š¤
Just a simple sketch, made in about 1h30, with a lot of affection.
Have you ever turned a memory of someone you loved into art?
