If the highest form of education is not enough to deter a man from raping an innocent female, then there is more to the act of rape than the eye can meet. If I say that this problem is mainly spiritual, that would not be completely true or appropriate because several clergymen have been apprehended for rape in the past.
What went wrong with the men who rape females? that's the question I ask myself regularly. In one language which I believe and understand, I will say that it is caused by the abuse of the mind and mismanagement of it also.
