Danny Vera is a Dutch musician whom plays mostly country oriented style. The first time I met him and his music was at a Dutch TV show where he played between the interviews. At that time he was more of a rockabilly styled musician. Last year he got a huge hit with the song "rollercoaster". This song has been in the charts for a very long time, even number one.
This song is so un-Dutch , with this I mean that it sounds so international that I do think the song got's a real hit potential international seen. I am looking forward to your honest opinion.
Durin the corona crisis he made some video's in a home setting where he played some covers and own songs.
This next song is his new single he had released.
I have seen some interviews of Danny and he is a real down to earth guy with a great sense of humor. This summer would be his breaktrough on the Dutch music festvials, unfortunate (like many other artitst) due to corona crisis there ain't gonna be any festival.. Bad luck, But I do think he is here to stay. He has his own sound and great voice.
