Western Food Delight

Good day my dear friends. This week I would like to share about a restaurant that I and my family went to on Wednesday. After fetching my girls from school, we went to have dinner at this western food restaurant at Plaza 333, Penampang.

The Place

This is the front area of the restaurant. You can choose to dine outside or inside the restaurant. Inside it's air-conditioned where outside equipped with ceiling fans. It's a perfect place for casual dining with friends and family. Previously, customers were allowed to smoke here. However, early this year, our Government enforced that smoking is prohibited in any restaurant in the country, so it's a No No for smokers and finally clean air for those non-smoker.

Walking inside the restaurant, you can see these quotes and various classic pictures displayed on the wall. Photos of available dishes are also displayed just next to the payment counter.

The Food

I ordered this Fish & Chips which is a fresh Barracuda dipped in their homemade batter.

It's deep-fried until golden brown and serve with vegetables tempura. The fish and chips were nice, and vegetable was delicious. However I don't really like they served that big brocoli. It's big, as big as my 👊

My husband and my niece ordered this Grill BBQ Pork Chop. It's marinated three-layered pork belly, char grilled and glazed with homemade BBQ sauce and served along with chili Padi and lime. My husband said that the Grill BBQ Pork is the best he ever tasted. He gave me one small slice of the grilled meat and yup, it's so fantastically delicious. Though it very pricy, costed about RM29.90 (USD7.30).

My daughter ordered this Carbonara Pasta. It's a creamy mushroom based Pasta with Chicken. She loved the Chicken meat. However, she said that the Spaghetti is not well-cooked. I tried and tasted it and yup, it not soft. Luckily the homemade mushroom sauce was delicious.
