Glorious Food at Seremban Seafood

I went to this glorious seafood called Seremban Seafood last year. I was then working with a local NGO. Our volunteers, our generous funder leader dan our team had just came out from a site in Pensiangan, Borneo few days before and in apreciation to all efforts and hardwork, we're invited to a dinner at this restaurant.

The restaurant is located near the beach area where you can see the sunset in the evening. Unfortunately, we didn't see it as we arrived at the place about 7 pm. Situated at Segama, one of the famous area in Kota Kinabalu, it's very easy to locate the place.

Neat and appealing decoration and arrangements inside the restaurant.

This is the dried Crispy fried Butter Prawn. It's crispy and crunchy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside. Salty-sweet, spicy and zesty prawn fried to crispy perfection and dusted with spicy egg floss that looks like a messy bird nest. All these combinations created a gloriously divine delicious taste.

Steamed Garoupa with light soy sauce. The texture of the fish is tender, the meat tastes like crabmeat, and the sauce is of divine quality.

Crab topped with sweet and spicy sauce. I only eat little of this dish as I was affraid it will trigger my skin allergic.

Fried Bitter Gourd with salted egg. The Bitter Gourd does not taste bitter at all. Infact it's kinda sweet and tasty.

This Gondula vege with garlic is really good to eat.

Aromatic Steamed rice.

I don't usually take bun after eating rice but, this Mantou Bun look so inviting. I took a bite, emm.. it's so soft and fresh.

'Leave no prisoners'... just look at our plates. It all clean except for the crabby shells. That's how delicious the food are!

Overall, it was a wonderful experience dining here. Staff were attentive and friendly. The food was hearty, fresh and of good quality at all times with extra care. It's delicious, superb and fresh though it's a bit pricey. It a nice place to held a function like a birthday party.

I will come back if 'kena belanja' for this good food. It's always delicious if it's free...LOL.
