Beverages With Friends at Bar Hotel N°5

Five Bar is located at the rooftop of Hotel N°5, Penampang - Kota Kinabalu. It's a famous spot for local and tourist for its majestic view overlooking Penampang roads. A glimpses of the horizon you can see the view of Penampang, Lido and even Kota Kinabalu city. You can also witness the beautiful sunset beyond the hills.

Hotel N°5 is one of the beautiful building in triangle shape in Penampang. It you're driving from Kota Kinabalu, you won't miss it as it located not far from the road. Few months ago, I and my friends went to this place after having dinner at a different place nearby. It was quite early so, we decided to go to this bar for a simple beverages. Upon reaching the hotel, we took the lift up to 11 floor aka rooftop. We were greeted by the friendly waiter who informed us to sit anywhere we like.

The place was quite spacious with tables and chairs arranged nicely. It was air-conditioned inside the bar and since it was a chilly evening, we opt to sit on the verandah for fresh air.

The view outside was so divine and its feels like you're on the top of the world.

Here some of the beverages menu available. Happy hour is from 5PM to 8PM everyday and on Ladies Night (every Thursday), cocktails will be priced RM15 (USD3.68).

Since I'm not driving and not much of a drinker, I ordered this sweet and pale golden beverage, with an intense red apple taste. It contained only 4.5% alcohol..nah.one bottle won't hurt me 😂😂.

We really enjoyed the beautiful view and of course the cocktails here.
