Who doesn't love bots?! I found in the Utopian tasks' requests Sockobot that was looking for ideas!
This post gathers some of my suggestions that, hopefully, the good creator of the bot will implement!
Components
I'm going to divide the proposed components into different categories to ease readability.
Financial
Already Inplemented:
- $price < currency >
- $payout < nickname > < days >
Current Proposals:
$blocktrades < amount > < currency > to < currency >: returns a simulated amount in the target currency along with a link to blocktrades.us that prefills the form with the passed parameters.
$wallet < nickname >: returns the current wallet values of a specified account, such as STEEM, SP, SD, SAVINGS, EAV.
Social
Already Inplemented:
- $register < nickname >
Current Proposals:
$stats < nickname >: returns nickname stats such as account creation date, account reputation, SP (owned + delegated), voting power 100% worth value, time remaining to refill voting power, followers amount, following amount, total posts.
$socialstats < nickname > < numdays >: returns stats such as posts made, comments made, resteems made, resteems received, payout claimed, the payout to be claimed, number of new followers of the past < numdays > days.
$followers < nickname > < numdays >: returns a list of new followers with links to their accounts of the past < numdays > days.
Miscellanea
Already Inplemented:
$ping
upvotes with Discord reaction
Current Proposals:
$luckypost < tag >: returns a link to a random recent post of a particular tag.
$tagcount < tag >: returns the number of times a specific tag has been used.
$populartags < numdays >: returns five most popular tags of the past < numdays > days.

Benefits
Using bots is already a huge benefit to the daily steemit/discord life. My current proposal wants to boost Sockobot with useful functions designed to ease our life, financially and socially within our beloved STEEM blockchain.
