
I saw him sitting outside a petrol station, like this was his shift and he was taking it seriously.
Cars came and went. People refueled, paid, left. Nobody stayed long enough to notice him properly.
He didn’t beg. Didn’t bark. Just sat there, calm, like he had learned that waiting quietly hurts less than hoping loudly.
