Years passed so fast,
proving that nothing last.
We grow wrinkly, gray, and old,
thus losing the days we hold.

Before, you're strong and able,
but now you can't even lift a table.
Old age makes one weaker
making one susceptible to wither.

Time does not spare anyone,
one can try but escaped by no one.
This is one cycle all must face,
one should accept and be not dazed.

Now it is you but soon I will follow,
it is so, even though it's hard to swallow.
Yet there is nothing to fear, for aging
does not equates your caging.

The body will decay and wither,
but the soul is forever young hither.
Be flustered not for our Father above
will make us stay by His side with love.
