Good afternoon, Steemians!

A mature starfruit tree can yield up to 400 pounds of fruit per year. I hope that mine is no exception. I’m super excited because I’ve just harvested my very first full sized Starfruit from my Arkin (crunchier than average) variety tree.

It’s not quite ripe yet, but I wanted I pluck it before the bugs got to it. I would imagine within a couple of days it will be just right to eat.
