One of many Malaysia delicacy, not all can eat however still remain famous among the non malays community. This dish was even debated between Singapore and Malaysia, on which country serve the best Bah Kut Teh.... Hmmm.. lets see how locally famous is this dish.
This shop is located at Beverly Hills Township, Kota Kinabalu Sabah (YES YES, Sabah also have the famous "Beverly Hills" just like in the States : )
Sabah has many Bah Kut Teh shop, but this one stands out on my list because it price reasonably, taste freaking awesome, generous portions of meat, extra soup added on a quick pace by workers, and most importantly great customer service.
As mention this Bah Ku Teh shop is one of my top favourite, above menu serve the list and prices quite affordably.
This is the boss, he was shy with camera, he is originated from Sandakan and works in Klang together with his great uncle serving Bah Kut Teh.
Then he came back and open his own shop. Nonetheless, he is still a Sabahan in heart. You can see the soup boiling constantly to make good taste on the soup.
All Bah Kut Teh recipe comes down to the soup, the meat part is all the same. Pig Tail, Meat Ball, Intestine are my favorites.
Work station in progress, burning 3-4 at any one time. People always tell me that a good bah kut teh soup must be boil more than 6 hours of pork bones and meat.
It was a full house during our time of visit, and also they are local favourites, they match the local flavor tastebuds.

When raining season, or just an evening downpour, the shop is literally full house, need to wait for table nowadays.
Partner in Crime, Angel also ordered a plate of Vege with Oyster Sauce.
This is not my First and definately not gonna be my last too. Loving every bit of it, the soup can be added at no charges and fast refill by the workers. Superb Customer Service here.
