Another bank office bites the dust

Many bank offices in Varna started to dissappear during the last year. The picture is made in May, to be precise. This is the recent one, that I have encountered... and funny enough, it's located in the center of the town. All the letters have been removed from the peak.
Today I have found an article, reffering the current topic (in bulgarian): "Banks offices are being closed massively for clients"
Some highlights from the article:

• "65% of bank managers forsee bank offices to dissapear completely after 5 years";
• "the main reason for closure is the pandemic situation, and the tendency of clients to use electronic banking moreover";
• "the banks are minimizng expenditure after the crysis in 2008"
