Day 1 Change
I've been overweight most of my life, I can't remember if there was any day that looked in the mirror and liked what I saw. We all know that society revolves around being physically attractive, people can become superstars and make tons of money only because you are attractive.
Studies show that people perceived as more attractive are seen as smarter, more successful, more dominant, more sociable, more trustworthy and mentally healthier.
I've gone through life telling myself that it's ok, that it does not matter how I look and that people will accept me for me but i've never been so wrong. You do need to do your best to look your best if you want to have the things you desire.
I'm stuck, stuck I've been for so long unable to move forward because I am holding myself back, this is what is going to change, this is what this channel is going to be about. Being the best version of myself and having fun doing it.
