This is a competition of different organizations and differents chefs in cebu. The competition called cebu goes culinary. Organized by the Hotel,Resort and Restaurant Association of Cebu Inc., this culinary competition in the Visayas part of the philippines participated in by professional chefs from the different hotels and resorts in the Province of Cebu, aspiring culinary students from universities and culinary schools from Cebu and its neighboring bohol and negros provinces.
