We're stuck at home, and for most of us that means we're out in sunshine less. This is bad for us, because exposure to sunshine is how we get Vitamin D, and Vitamin D is a key factor in many different respiratory and other diseases.

Dr. Rehl goes into detail about various problems associated with Vitamin D deficiency, such as that it is associated with sleep apnea, and use of a CPAP machine raises Vitamin D levels. That shocked me.

Anyway, watch and learn. Kung Flu is a respiratory disease, and we need Vitamin D to fight it. Make sure there is absolutely no doubt you're getting enough Vitamin D, and for many reasons besides this pandemic.
