¡¡Fuerza Lumbar🌀!!
Hola Comunidad de #SWC, el día de hoy estaba un poco cansado porque venía de hacer free en las otras barras e intentos de parada de mano y por eso decidí hacer una rutina de lumbar.
Realicé una corta rutina de ejercicios para lumbares, que consistía en: "Remo en barra, peso muerto en barra y elevaciones a 90° en barra". Recuerdo que el máximo que hacía en estos ejercicios eran máximo 2 repeticiones, hoy logré hacer unas 12reps y terminé la rutina con un poco de Dragon flag🐉
Imagino que las rutinas diarias de "Front lever" me han ayudado a obtener fuerza lumbar

Hello #SWC Community, today I was a little tired because I came from doing free on the other bars and handstand attempts and so I decided to do a lumbar routine.
I did a short lumbar workout routine, which consisted of, "Barbell rowing, barbell deadlifts, and 90° barbell deadlifts". I remember the max I did on these exercises was 2 reps max, today I managed to do about 12reps and finished the routine with some Dragon flag🐉.
I imagine the daily front lever routines have helped me gain lumbar strength.
