Everyone, how are you doing,

Victimization
Victimisation is the state in which one is subjected to become a victim, in the hand of injustice, one, or a group of people is mentally, physical, emotionally, psychological; abuse and assaulted.
This happens in many forms, such as bullying, cyberbullying, harassment and assault and discrimination and sexual victimization.
I would say that victimization and self-consciousness are working hand in hand. Victims of this harassment are forced to live in fear, and this fear brings about self consequences in their actions.
They tend to express their views in a very low manner because they are victimized and by so doing, would not want people to consider their opinion as bad or use it against them.
And this could lead to social low self-esteem, some people in this condition are not free to express themselves, they are always stiff to their decisions and always indecisive.
I had a friend by name James back then in my primary school days, who was a victim of class teachers' harassment, this made him feel that he was not essential.
So, because he was always harassed, by the teacher and couldn't tell that to his parents, James became so aggressive.
This made him became sick, because of the stress he passes by from the teacher, which made it difficult for him to relate with people are out him.
There are ways to solve these issues
EDUCATION AND AWARENESS:
When people get educated about the potential effects of allowing themselves to be subjected to victimisation can help to address this.
This can be done through a small group conversation or by the intervention of a therapist.
And it would be, in other words, build a consciousness that can help to build a higher encouragement and supportive environment.
BUILDING SELF CONFIDENCE:
Building a self-confidence can help the person's mental health, the beginning of victimisation is having low self-esteem; building that without self-doubts will help.
