: eg Nitrosol and Antisol or PAC-R. They are thickeners. And are used in making gel. They are best suitable when about ¼kg of it is dissolved in 1.5 litre of deionized water. Nitrosol is an effective ingredient and has rapid solubility in water (within two hours), Antisol takes up to 24 hours to
dissolve.STPP (sodiumtripolyphosphate): ¼kg if STPP dissolved in 2 litre of water. It is a preservative agent and also a cleaning agent (though its optional).
Soda Ash: ¼kg of soda ash dissolved in 2 litre of water. Tue soda ash is a cleaning agent.
Texapon: (½kg) Improves the quality of the product compared to other chemicals being used.
Preservative: ¼kg sodiumbenzoate or 125ml formalin or ¼kg methylparaben.
Sodium Laury Sulphate (SLS): It is a powder foaming agent. Used at about ½kg.
Sulphuric acid: A foaming agent, 75cl.
Fragrance or Perfume: As desired (1lotus).
Colorant: As desired (1 tea spoon)
STEPS FOR PRODUCTION
Step I. Soak the PAC-R for 24hours or over night to allow adequate dissolution.
Step II. Mix the soda and sodiumsulphate together in a clean. bucket of little water and stir very well.
Step III. Dissolve and mix the sulphuric acid with 1 litre of water in a separate clean bucket.
Step IV. Add the Texapon into the mixture of soda ash and sodium sulphate and stir.
Step V. Pour the mixture of sulphuric acid into the soda ash, sodium sulphate and Texapon then stir properly to mix.
Step VI. Pour the mixture of soda ash, sodium sulphate, Texapon and sulphuric acid into the bucket of PAC-R and stir properly to mix.
Step VII. Dissolve your desired color in a little water and add to the mixture, then stir very well
Step VIII. Add Perfume and stir
Step IX. Finally add formalin and stir properly.
Step X. Package for use or sale.
