I think - getting back to my starting mood a bit around positivity - we all are doing not bad - we do well, the community is existent, there is indeed help and solidarity amongst various groups and I am not as pessimistic as others towards the future of Steemit.com as part of the Steem Blockchain / Ecosystem.
As a community we are responsible that this platform succeeds - we can not rely on Steemit Inc and only on Witnessess - it is all our task to make this place a fun place to be which then also enables community members to get rewareded for their content!
I see a lot of posts and chats discussing what should be considered as good or bad quality. No one here can judge this - on this platform however it is the community that judges it - that is the way it is. We could obviously get into a holistic discussion that maybe a post of minimum 1,000 words guarantees quality, we can also agree that one photo (without text) by one of the great apps on this blockchain is no quality (but - this is the wrong way!). Everyone has their own definition on quality and added-value - hence as a community we should focus on engaging, fun and NOT atacking others based on their eventually different definition of quality content.
In a nutshell: The Content quality is ok and who the hell defines what is good! ? There are way too many discussions on that.
