Well, amid a denial of service attack that has been mounted on the bitcoin gold site, which has taken it down for hours, a proper snapshot of the chain has been taken. This is to secure everyone's new coins properly. Now all we have to do is wait while the greedy bastards mine some coins for themselves before we get a crack at it.
I wonder if the attack is affecting the price of the new coin...it's futures are plummeting today from 539 to about 269 at the time of writing. I have all my bitcoin safe and snug, and will await the developments.
Personally, I don't see this coin doing as much as the first fork with bitcoin cash. We shall see in about a week.
