Anyone who has a basic understanding of economics thinks we are heading in the wrong direction in regards to money. Central banks continue to pump up money supplies in hopes that this will somehow increase productivity. Governments continue to deficit spend at ever increasing and alarming rates. Every 8 years or so, the total US debt approximately doubles. And debt interest payments continue to consume larger and larger portions of our national budget. Anyone with half a brain can see this is unsustainable.

So what to do? How can you protect the value of your savings? Inflation eats away at any savings that you keep in cash. The stock and now bond market is one massive bubble.  There hasn't been a down year in the stock market since 2008.  The housing market bubble has been reinflated. A correction is coming, it is a matter of when, not if.

Gold is the one asset that holds its value over thousands of years. You won't get rich holding gold, but you can preserve the value of your savings over time. For example, the amount of gold you would need to buy a big mac today is the same amount of gold you would have used 15 years ago. But if you use dollars, you will find that today you need 50% more dollars to buy that same big mac as compared to 15 years ago. Same results for cars and houses. The amount of gold needed for such items remains the same. Gold protects against inflation. So how to take advantage of this unique property of gold?

Simple open a Goldmoney account. You can move your spare cash into and out of gold with the ease of clicking a button.  You can send gold to another account holder for zero fees. You can hold 1000 grams (around $40,000 dollars worth) of gold for no storage fee. The company makes their money by charging a very small one half of a percent fee when you purchase some gold. This is , hands down, the most economical way to own some gold. The gold kept in your account is your property, held for your safekeeping by Goldmoney under international bailment laws.  It is held in vaults guarded by Brinks and insured by companies such as Lloyds of London. Goldmoney is not a bank, so it doesn't loan anything to anybody, so there can be no lien against your gold. The gold in your Goldmoney account is safer than the dollars you hold in a bank savings account.

Be prepared for the coming storm.
