I heard Jim Rohn say that once in one of his presentations.
He was talking about they way a lot of people look at life.
If terrible things are going on, people are overwhelmed. It's as if the sky opens up and flood waters are pouring in. They put a patch on the situation to help ease things along.
When the rain stops, they have intentions of fixing the problem but for some reason never get around to doing it.
Fix the problem now. Don't wait until you have the opportunity.
