Everyone is correct.
The Night Walkers will tell you this with much more zeal than any others.
They yell it, they lecture about it, and then they ignore every word they just said to walk the night.
There are two types of people who walk the night, the first type is the Night Walkers, those souls who feel The Night’s call and can’t resist. They think they are safe because they have charms and salt, but The Night takes what she wants.
The second type are even worse off, they are the Knight Walkers. They go out into the dark and return bruised, bloodied, or often not all. When they return they always come back with someone who was Taken.
To find a Knight Walker you need to do three things. Firstly gather and wear all your iron, then find a path (any path) and walk it at least three times, finally find the student on the path who walks without mind.
If you can do those three simple things your Taken will be Found, or the Knight Walkers will lose a member.
