==>Terms Related to Movement:
Joint: A site where two or more bones join together is known as Joint.
==>Flexion : A movement that reduce the angle or bending the joints.
==>Extension : A movement that increase the angle or straighting the joints.
==>Abduction : A movement away from the midline of the body.
==>Adduction : A movement towards from the midline of the body.
==>Rotation : A movement of the part of body around its long axis.
These are the terms that are used in the Anatomy related to the Movement of body.

Now the Next topic is Muscles.
=>Muscles : there are three types muscles in human body.
In this lecture we just naming these Muscles.
Three type of Muscles are :
==>Skeleton Muscles
==>Smooth Muscles
==>Cardiac Muscles
