Good morning wonderful community of asean.hive@asean.hive everyday I'd started my day with a prayer thanking God for his grace and glory upon us. Next of course is a cup of coffee โ˜• I always prefer black in the morning. I cannot live without coffee, me and hubby was addicted we can consume four to five cups a day. But now we only drink two cups because it will not be probably good for the body to consume a lot of caffeine.

While drinking coffee I'll cooked a healthy and delicious breakfast for my family. It's more special if we cooked fresh foods, like in our water world. Hardwork is all that we need and blessings is on our palms of our hand. But for our lunch yesterday I'm going to share a simple dish cooked by yours truly. My mother in law gave us fresh fish, he knows that hubby is not around so he gather fish from my brother in law.

Here's the fresh fish, after cleaning it throughly I checked ingredients that is available on our fridge and storage and here's what I found.

Ingredients

7 medium fresh fish
1 large tomatoes
1 medium onion
A piece of ginger
A piece of radish
3 long green chili
Fish sauce
Water
Seasoning
Tamarind or tamarind powder
Celery (optional) katsuki29@katsuki29 really hated celery but she has no choice. I don't want the veggies to get rotten.

Procedure

Slice and wash the ingredients. In a casserole put 1 and 1/2 cup of water. Add the onion, ginger and tomatoes, cover and let it simmer. Now add the green long chili, fish, two tablespoons of fish sauce, seasoning and radish. Cover and let it boil for a minute or two. Last but not the least the tamarind powder and celery. Cover and simmer for the final process. Taste before serving.

This is the first time I added celery to my sour soup fish. And the result; it lessens the fishy stuff. Aside from the ginger, the celery helps to improve the taste. I know I saw this dish in my aunt who is deliciously cooked many kinds of dishes.

When hubby's not around our lunch and dinner is the same. I didn't teach my kids to be choosy when it comes to food. What's served on the table must be eaten. Sometimes when there is excess I asked them; what they wanted me to cook for them.

It's more important that they know how to be contented. After dinner we watch a movie on Netflix. The maximum is 2 hours and 15 minutes, hubby said that his brother's tv is always wrecked. His kids watched it for hours and her wife forgot to set a time on it. Gadgets nowadays are modern but they are easy to wreck. Except for hubby's reminder we obligate ourselves to take off things. Ria will use it in the morning for 1 hour & 30 minutes. By night we used it to entertain ourselves.

While I didn't expect that wonder woman has a sad ending. After watching movie it's time to go to bed. I taught them to pray because while we soundly sleep their father is working hard for us. Then tomorrow repeat the same old thing ๐Ÿ˜…. But the schedule will change when the kids needed to go to school. For now we're enjoying the summer/rain vacation.
