Banned TED Talk about Psychic Abilities (Remote Viewing) - Russell Targ

For many years, the US military and private military corporations invested considerable resources and time into developing and researching techniques for enhancing psychic abilities. Among the intentions was to develop ways to reliably gain information about events, people and locations remotely - without the barriers of space and time. Russell Targ is a physicist who worked on some of these programs and in this banned Ted Talk, he exposes many of the fascinating details of the projects he was involved with.
