There are huge numbers of batches. I have not seen any solid evidence of anything like razor blades - there is a lot of nonsense about this subject in general. However, there absolutely are certain batches that killed way more people than others, so the truth may be somewhere along the lines of what you are pointing at. The governments and pfizer employees had their own batch numbers.
