Thanks a lot @roger5120, it was upgraded to the 20% tier and that group is been moved to the second account. If you read our post of recent you'll see that it is providing a solution to our going below the threshold mark of 70% and causing some members not receiving upvote, initially I was manually upvoting those it missed when our VP wen back up but I think it was becoming too many as our VP kept reducing. Applying Upvote paused solved the problem momentarily but not permanently. This option solved that problem permanently. If you can up your delegation to 250 SP that will be great for the community and will ensure you stay on the main account. Thank a lot for your membership.
