Hello, greetings friends of Hive, today I share with you a special lunch, a typical lunch from the Venezuelan Caribbean, and in a large part of the South American Caribbean, and although for now I do not live in the Caribbean, but in an Andean area, I wanted to prepare a dish that takes me to my country from a gustatory point of view, eating fried fish, salad and tostones (fried green plantain) is a favorite dish of Venezuelans, a delight.
Hola saludos amigos de Hive, hoy les comparto un almuerzo especial, un almuerzo t铆pico del caribe venezolano, y de gran parte del caribe sudamericano, y aunque por ahora no vivo en el caribe, sino en un Zona andina, quise preparar un plato que me lleve a mi pa铆s desde el punto de vista gustativo, comer pescado frito, ensalada y tostones (pl谩tano verde frito) es un plato favorito de los venezolanos, una delicia.
