Since Splinterlands released the latest edition of cards, Rebellion, I have purchased a few select cards for rental income. I decided not to participate in conflicts or buy cards for my playing deck. I hope to have the rental cards pay for themselves through rental income, either fully or partially. After that, I'll incorporate them into my playing deck if rental returns decrease.

With the release of conflicts, I wanted to compare how my rental income would change before and after the release. Here is a snapshot of my Rebellion collection on 01/23/2024 at 8:00 AM just before the release of conflicts: a respectable 48% ROA.

Here is a screenshot of my Rebellion collection on 01/29/2024 8:32 AM, a few days after the release of conflicts after I've had a chance to adjust my rental prices higher. I'm pleased with the 88% return and I hope it stays near this for the next month or two. This will help pay off the purchase price of these cards quickly.

What has your strategy been? Have you purchased any Rebellion cards and are you participating in conflicts?
