I thought I'd post some pics of a river run through Kananaskis country in Alberta. My favorite weekend area of course, no matter what activity.
Out with a few buds on the river is a great way to spend an evening.
Some great sections just to flow and enjoy the scenery.
And plenty of sections to get wet.
Some small canyons I've hiked many times, great to see them from the water too.
This is one of the best rapids on this section at least, its a good one!
This pour over did what it does best, it poured me over. CRAP!!
I like these creeking style bumpy rock areas. Lots of fun in a kayak!
I find myself looking at the scenery and not paying attention to the water.
