This is a great looking recipe, I shall be cooking this tomorrow and will let you know the results. I love mixing styles of cooking as well and can see myself adapting this recipe to suit myself a little

Nice work, Love the details on the right side and the colours on the left. I think that having an inconsistent style can also be a form of style so I do believe it is important. as long as it's your style.
