Hello Family & Friends Lovers, this is my first post in the community Family and Friends, I will share our family experience when we travel to Berastagi. The concept of our family trip is to work while traveling, because my husband works as a salesman in a printing press, me and my children will always support, the most important thing is that we are always together. Every week, on Saturday to be exact, our family and I will travel to Berastagi, the purpose of our trip is to trade as well as sightseeing. Berastagi is one of the tourist attractions that is always crowded with visitors, especially on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Berastagi is one of the tourist destinations with a cold climate because it is located in the highlands of karo land.
As usual, at 8 am, our family and I were getting ready to go to Berastagi, the trip from our house to Berastagi took 3 hours if the trip was smooth, there were no landslides or traffic jams caused by excessive vehicle volume.but we heard news that there was a traffic jam for 4 hours due to the flow of tourists and the flow of Lebaran homecoming in the Berastagi area, we decided to take an alternative route through the Telaga forest and also Mount Sinabung, Mount Sinabung has an active status, because it is still emitting volcanic ash.
The children are very happy if we take the alternative route, because there are many places to take pictures. along the way the children could not stay still, they already had many plans to fill activities on this saturday. Finally, after 2 hours of traveling, we took a break near Mount Sinabung, it looks like Mount Sinabung is still erupting, so the weather today is very hot.
we as a family always spend our free time together,during school holidays and when we are not working, we are always together. I don't want to miss the golden moments with the kids. Berastagi area is surrounded by Bukit Barisan and quite dense forest, therefore when we visit Berastagi, along the way we will meet a herd of monkeys on the side of the road with their funny behavior, this is a natural attraction that entertains children and a good place to learn for my children, here we as parents teach children the importance of preserving nature.
The trip to Berastagi was a tiring journey, but we all enjoyed it, because we are always together and support each other, any difficulties will be easy if we live with family and loved ones. Sometimes I feel sorry for having to invite the children to come with us, but the children are happy to be with us, that's why we always take the time to enjoy various foods during the trip, because the weather in Berastagi is cold, we usually always look for warm food such as meatballs to warm our bodies and just rest enjoying the beautiful natural scenery of the hills, which we certainly won't get in the city.
